TOTAL JOINT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Here at Richardson Spine & Sports Therapy, our goal is to increase your confidence as you prepare for your total joint replacement. We recommend having a pre-operative (prehab) appointment to answer any questions you may have regarding the surgery and post-operative care. This appointment will also give you additional tools and the confidence of knowing that you're setting yourself up for success after surgery. Studies have shown patients that who have attended and participated in education classes before a total joint replacement has decreased anxiety, appropriate expectations regarding surgery, improved post-operative pain control, and an overall better understanding of the surgery.
